For Bactrian camels that have enough room between their humps the saddle below is an extremely good and simple one to make. Sitting between the humps with stirrups and two hand holds, it is a very safe setup.

This Bactrian pack saddle is a combination of old and new style with its wood polls, stainless steel tubing, nylon straps and plastic panniers. Putting the tubing over the humps turned this saddle into a rigid frame that doesn't move with the animal, and that's not so good.
